We are Stour Wanderers U11s

Formed in 2024 our U11 team has players with a range of footballing experience and abilities. They’re a vibrant bunch who come from a range of backgrounds and schools from across the local area.

After making their competitive debut in the 2024/25 FA Suffolk Girls and Women’s U10 league, the team underwent an incredible transformation as they grew in confidence and ability with each match.

They finished the season a completely different side than the one that played their first game in September 2024.

What these girls lack in years, they more than make up for in hard work and energy. They can run, and then run some more.
Their determination is second to none, and their willingness to dig deep for each other is a testament to the friendships they’ve formed and the team spirit they’ve created. Above all, it’s their unity and passion (with a hint of craziness) that make them such a joy to watch and coach.
As they prepare to take on the challenges of nine-a-side football in the U11 League, we can’t wait to see just how far their spirit and togetherness will take them.
